And I provide Counselling & Psychotherapy for Individuals in Greater Manchester.
I support individuals with a wide variety of issues, but, in particular, many come to me because they are experiencing difficulty with knowing what their feelings are, or are struggling to express them. Some individuals struggle to accept love and support from others, have a sense that they are invisible, or think that they are not good enough. Through compassionate listening, I provide a safe space where you can allow yourself to completely open up.
Together, we'll explore how to get to a place where you are comfortable in expressing who you truly are.
When everyone else around you seems to be enjoying life and experiencing fulfilling relationships with others, it can be really hard when you feel you don't belong, or that you must do things to please others to get yourself noticed. Not knowing who you really are, or what you want from life, and finding it hard to share your problems with others, can leave you feeling disappointed or angry. Life can seem a real struggle.
Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed right now with all that's going on. You may be feeling:
• Unsure of how to get the love you deserve.
• Fearing that there is something secretly wrong with you.
• Priding yourself on not relying on others.
• Sadness that you think you have not met your full potential in life.
• Confusion about the direction you want to take in life.
As your therapist, I will support you with embracing and expressing your feelings so that you can work toward repairing the inner-emptiness you may feel. I can help you to be emotionally-present in the moment so that you can build the courage to allow others to get close to you. With this support in mind it is possible for you to have more fulfilling relationships, where you can set healthy boundaries. I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals to live a meaningful, connected, purpose-filled life and I would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you to find your best way forward, so that you can live your best life possible.
